- Refunds Before Shipping
For any refund requested before shipping, a 5% processing fee (plus an additional 8% if paid with Sezzle Finance) is unfortunately non-refundable.

Any item designed to come into contact with any part of the body is non-refundable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and therefore cannot be returned.
