Orders

With Canada Post delivery service, orders are delivered in 2 to 5 business days.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number , allowing you to follow the progress of your order in real time.

Remember to check your junk emails so you don't miss anything!

  • In store only, with a minimum purchase of $200 before taxes, you will have the choice from a selection of several gifts.

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email as well as a Canada Post tracking number in 2 different emails. Note that the tracking number may not be available until 24 hours after your order (business day).

Within 30 days of your purchase, any item found to be defective will be replaced. To make the process easier, when contacting us regarding a defect, please provide us with the following information:


-Your name
- Your email or phone number
- Item name or number (SKU)

Once the defective item is returned to our store, we will send you a new replacement item free of charge.

Make sure the returned merchandise is complete, with all parts, batteries if necessary, cords, controls, etc.

All packages sent are packaged discreetly and only your delivery information (name and address) is written on the box.

In store we accept Visa-Mastercard-Interac and cash, on our website, Visa-Mastercard and Paypal.

Shipping is free for all orders of $100 and over.

A delivery charge of $9.99 will be applied for orders with a total amount less than $100.

All information about you will remain confidential, we handle your requests discreetly and professionally, your trust is important to us, our mission is discretion and respect!

Return policy

Due to the intimate factor of the items we sell, we cannot refund any items except for defects. This is for the health of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any part of the body is non-refundable. Once these items leave our store they are considered used and therefore cannot be returned.

IMPORTANT: Once your order has been submitted in our system, there is no way to cancel it.

YES you can return a product as long as it is still sealed, up to 30 days after the date of your order.

If an item is found defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item. We will not accept any returns without authorization. When contacting us about a defect, please provide the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your email or phone number
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase:
  • Item name or reference number

Once the defective item has been received in our store (return costs are not our responsibility) , we will send you a new replacement item free of charge. How does the Toy Guarantee work?

  • Cost: the cost of the guarantee is 5% of the value of the product purchased. After 30 days following the date of purchase
  • What the warranty covers: manufacturing defects as well as any motor failure (for example, no longer charges or no longer vibrates)
  • The warranty period is one year following the date of purchase of the toy.
  • You must have on hand: proof of purchase of the item as well as proof of purchase of the warranty.
