Due to the intimate factor of the items we sell, we cannot refund any items except for defects. This is for the health of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with any part of the body is non-refundable. Once these items leave our store they are considered used and therefore cannot be returned.

IMPORTANT: Once your order has been submitted in our system, there is no way to cancel it.

Within 30 days of your purchase, any item deemed defective will be replaced.

Once the defective item is returned to our Longueuil store (2950 Ch. Chambly, Longueuil, Qc, J4L 1N2), we will send you a new replacement item free of charge.
