Warranty


All our products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please consult our FAQ for full warranty details and conditions.

Returns Accepted

We accept returns of new, unused, unopened products with the original safety seal still intact within 30 days of the purchase date.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Many items sold in our store do not have a true tamper-evident safety seal. Even if they are packaged in a box or wrapped in plastic, they may be opened and placed back into their packaging without any way to confirm that they have never been used.

Therefore, any product in this category is considered non-returnable once it leaves our store or is delivered to the customer, as we cannot guarantee its integrity.

Please refer to the explanatory images below to better understand the difference between a product considered sealed and a product not considered sealed under our return policy.

Return Shipping Fees

When a return is eligible, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where we made an error or the product received is confirmed to be defective.

Refunds

Cancellation Before Shipping

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.

  • ✔️ Prompt refund of the eligible amount.
  • ⚠️ A 5% administrative fee applies to cover transaction and processing fees already incurred.
  • ⚠️ For orders paid in 4 installments with Shop Pay, an 8% fee will be deducted from the refund, as these fees are charged by the payment provider and are non-refundable to us.

After Shipping

If an error on our part prevents your order from being delivered, we will provide a full refund at no additional cost or a replacement.

If the order cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or the recipient being unavailable for a delivery requiring a signature, the following fees may be deducted:

  • ❌ Shipping fees
  • ❌ 5% administrative fee
  • ❌ 8% for orders paid in 4 installments with Shop Pay, as these fees are charged to us by the payment provider and are non-refundable.

📦 Signature Upon Delivery:


To help ensure the security of your order, purchases of $300 or more may require a signature upon delivery.

If a signature is required, we will contact you using the information provided when you placed your order to let you know. We simply ask that you make sure someone is available to sign for the package upon delivery.
