For any refund requested prior to shipping, a 5% fee (plus an additional 8% if paid via Sezzle Finance) is unfortunately non-refundable.
Hygiene Policy
Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we cannot offer refunds unless the item is defective. This is to ensure the health and safety of our customers. Any item designed to come into contact with any part of the body is non-refundable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and therefore cannot be returned.
Return of Sealed Products
YES, you may return a product as long as it is still sealed, and within 30 days of your order date.

Warranty
If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same product.
All returned items must include all parts, batteries (if applicable), cords, remotes, etc.
