If an item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item.

- Refunds Before Shipping
For any refund requested before shipping, a 5% processing fee (plus an additional 8% if paid with Sezzle Finance) is unfortunately non-refundable.
- Hygiene Policy
Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell, we cannot offer refunds unless the item is defective. This is to protect the health of our customers. Any item designed to come into contact with any part of the body is non-refundable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used and therefore cannot be returned.

YES, you may return a product as long as it is still sealed, up to 30 days after the date of your order.
