Red carpet evening

I went to an amazing event last night. It was the first edition of a plus size lingerie show hosted by 50 nuances xxx (a local sex shop here in Longueuil). I have to say it was super refreshing! The event was a definite success. Tickets were $20. They greeted us with champagne and kept it flowing for most of the evening. After the show we were all invited to purchase anything in store for a 15% discount, plus we all got to choose a little door gift. The audience was super respectful and encouraging. The models all looked great. And I think they had a good variety of shapes and sizes as well as different age groups on the runway. We saw their confidence grow throughout the show. These beautiful women also boosted the confidence of the audience. I have always felt ridiculous wearing lingerie and it is often hard to find something that will fit me. Me being in between plus size and regular size, I'm petite and have no boobs. I have thick hips and thighs so yeah trying on lingerie was a big no for me until last night. They definitely broke the patriarchy mold of what being sexy is.

Being sexy is an attitude not a body part, sex has no shape or size. Being sexy is about the confidence you have in yourself! I definitely recommend any plus size person to shop for their lingerie with the advice of the employees. They have a really good variety of stuff and they have tons of plus size lingerie. I can't wait for the next edition!
